Continuous billing problem

I could not find any record of these charges on your AVG account registered with the email address you used to contact us here. I have sent an email requesting more details which help us to locate these orders.

Every year, I keep getting charged by AVG. This year it appeared as DIGITAL RIVER         IRELAND for 39.99GBP, in 2018 it appeared as DRI AVG TECHNOLOGI    IRELAND for the same amount, the year before as AVG*AVG SUBSCRIPTI for 29.99GBP, 2016 it was also AVG*AVG SUBSCRIPTI for 29.99GBP.

I haven't used AVG products since 2015. I have called my bank, and they said they can't stop the payments and I need to call AVG. I've done this too but they can't find any products on my account! How on earth can I stop this money going out?
