Copying files from an infected laptop

We are glad to clarify your request. We can copy the data files in any Laptop with or without Internet. You can try to copy the files. But, if you want to secure your other devices, you need to remove threats from infected device and try to move the files. Thank you.

If an infected laptop is not connected to the internet, will I be able to copy data files from the laptop to a USB thumb drive without having the USB thumb drive becoming infected?
