Correcting notices from AVG

We apologize for the inconvenience.
We see from your record that you have active subscription for AVG Protection and do not have any subscription for AVG Performance. You need to purchase AVG Performance to make the product active. Once the product is active, you can manually run all the optimization to improve the tuneup percentage.

I get the following notices and don't know how  to correct he situation.
!. "your full performance has now expired ", I purchase the services for 1 year  couple of months ago ??
2. I get a message that my computer is only 28% tuned up , how do I bring that up to 100%
Any and all help would be appriciated
