The correct email is: (email address removed) as I bought for Windows OS via PayPal, also.
You’ll notice that sooner, when you check on your PayPal account:

I sent an email to atlanticpaypaluksarlcs@digitalriver.com and I attached on this email a copy from PayPal receipt for Mac and Windows licenses.
Could you please add the subscription for Mac on my AVG account using email above and I’m using to send you this email?
For Windows is already added on my AVG account as I logged in on my VPN for Windows.
As I been passed to 3 coustmers service people and no one been helpful to help me on this issue, even I gave all info to prove I paid for Mac subscription.
If you can handle this. Sonner I’ll make a claim at PayPal to clarify this issue asap.
