Hello Mike,
I don't find any active AVG subscriptions under your account. Are you using trial version of AVG Internet Security unlimited? If so, please go to AVG Internet Security->Menu->Settings->Component->Enhanced firewall->click on 'Friends' tab and you can just click on empty box. Then enter the IP address and click on 'OK' to save changes.
Keep us informed about the status.
Thank you.

I went to menu/settings/components/Enhanced Firewall Policies/friends to create a group of IP Addresses, but there is no option to add them.
I'm using AVG Internet Security Unlimited version 17.7.3032
Any idea how to do it?
Thanks in advanced,

Mike, I appreciate your efforts in fixing the issue. Yes, this is the right way to add the port number to allow the IP address. If you face any difficulties, please let me know.
I think I got the solution:
Instead of go to menu/settings/components/enhanced firewall policies/friends, yo go to
menu/settings/components/enhanced firewall policies, then scroll down to go to packet rules snd there you can create the rules with those Ips that you don want to be block
You can go to empty box but You cannot type anything in thereā¦
Yes, I understand the situation.
If you provide the screenshot of the window it will be easy for me to escalate the case and get suggestion.
