I regret for any inconvenience this may have caused to you. May I know what is the exact issue that you are experiencing with the product to assist you with it? Since you purchased the product from a reseller, it will not appear under My order history in AVG MyAccount.

I understand the inconvenience caused, let's work together to fix this issue. From your account, I can see that you have AVG Ultimate (1 year subscription), expires on 2018.8.8. This product does not require a license number to be activated, as it can be activated using AVG MyAccount credentials. You can follow the instruction to download/install/activate AVG Ultimate on your Desktop/laptop.

I purchased AVG Ultimate (Order No.1104) and paid Rs. 2299.00. I was given Licence Key: GSL2-xxxxxxx-EFD1.
Since the date of purchase I could not use software. This product is also not visible in order history of my account.
Please help.

Earlier I was having AVG Internet Security in my computer (you can peruse my order book). When I came to know about AVG Ultimate, in August 2017 I purchased the same. From the date of purchase I could not install the same nither in my computer or Leptop. Few days back I upgraded my computer to Windows 10 and when I tried to install It was denied that key is wrong. Whether it is not responsiblity of AVG, for product purchased from reseller?
