Please try to reactivate your AVG Protection program by following the instructions provided below :
Click on the email address -> 'Log out as admin'. ( You could find (You are connected to -Log in as Admin -Leave This Network -Tell Me More -Visit AVG MyAccount) Now please click on 'Connect' or 'connected' button and then click on 'Leave this network', Once done please try to relogin to your AVG Zen network as administrator.

Hi,
I have just bought the AVG Protection Pro today (27/12/2015), when I tried to reopen AVG I am prompted to enter the License Number so that I can continue using it, but according to AVG Account your website says that AVG Protection Pro does not need a License Number and I have already activated it earlier before by logging into AVG MYaccount. So why is this happening?
I hope that someone can explain about this.
