You can turn off AVG Secure VPN and check to access the web page.
Did you try to access this website from a different web browser(Google Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer)?
It's a secure US Census site. I'm a Census employee, and have signed in correctly.
This is all it says on the page:
" Access Manager
Could not get client certificate."
So is this just Census security or is AVG VPN preventing my access?
