Couldn't run a scan, Uninstalled, then tryed to reinstall

We regret to hear you are experiencing issues with AVG virus scan and to reinstall AVG. We would request you to run AVG remover tool to uninstall AVG completely and reinstall it.
Open AVG_Remover.exe ( http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe )
User Account control - click "Yes"
Click "CONTINUE"
Select AVG Protection, and click "Remove"
Click "Restart" and restart PC
If is displayed dialog window (Open file – Security Warning) after restart, click "Run" and let AVG Remover remove traces.
If is AVG Remover asking for restart PC, restart PC again.

Then try to download and reinstall AVG Internet Security from this link http://files-download.avg.com/inst/mp/AVG_Internet_Security_1930.exe .

I couldn't run a scan at all…Error  code OxCOO70426…I was told to uninstall, and then reinstall…I got error code OxO601…and it will not reinstall…I am getting fed up with AVG and am thinking of changing.  It isn't my first problem.

Okay…That worked.  Now I hae AVG Installed, but it would only let me do it, if I removed AVG Tune up too.  I removed it, and now can not find the page to restart and put in my license #.  I thought if I signed up for the trial, it would give me an area to type in my license, but it doesn't.  Do I need to remove it again??  Please advise
