And also at the bottom of these ads, you can see a tag "Ads by" and a name of the program causing this ads. Please search for that program from control panel in your computer and remove the same from your computer and that should stop this pop-ups. And also there are other kind of ads that are caused by web site itself, these kind of ads cannot be stopped and you need to contact the web site support to stop these pop-ups.
