Hello Kishore,
I have reinstalled AVG Ultimate & the computer seems to work faster.
However, the "web tuneup" cannot be installed and the screen has shown the following:
     "an unknown issue has prevented…from installing."
…error code 0xe001f632

Please advise.

Hello,

My other computer at home is running very very slowly. The AVG Tuneup​ installed showed
information yeilded from "AVG Process Manager" which showed (in light grey ):
Name:  System idle Process​​
PID: Unknown
CPU:  100%
Is there ​​​​anything I can do to solve the problem?

Have you tried changing the default browser to Firefox or internet Explorer and then installed the AVG Web Tuneup?

While verifying your account you have AVG Ultimate as your active subscription. Please try to reinstall the AVG program and check whether the issue persists. Please have a look at this article http://avgread.me/1bsCjtC to reinstall the AVG program.

May I know the default web browser of your PC?
