My laptop has stuck on 9 % for the past 10 hours. I can't turn the machine off by any method .  Lookin on the internet I see this is a problem encountered by a great many people - so why the heck don't AVG fix this bug. In the meantime, how can I get the PC to turn off?
Hope somebody can help.
