Crashes when running antivirus

I'm sorry for any inconvenience caused. May I know if you're trying to install/Update AVG Antivirus or if it's crashes while scanning the computer with AVG Antivirus. If possible please share a screenshot of the error message to assist you further. You can post the screenshot here in your topic. When I run AVG antivirus, it crashes when 99% done. What coud be the problem?
