Upon researching, it seems that modifying few windows setting could fix this. Hence, it would be appropriate to reach Microsoft support.
However, we got a suggestion while checking the issue online. If you prefer, you can try that by following the below steps :
Open Command Prompt - Right-tap the Title bar and choose Properties - In Options, deselect or select Enable Ctrl key shortcuts & hit Ok.

Anyone know of a ransomware breach affecting Creality 3D print command, typically keyboard command "CTRL-P" where the command is converted to "CTRL-G" save G code file? Second question: What DLL file or registry file needs to be removed or altered to correct the command back to "Ctrl-P"?
