Upon checking your account, we see that you've initially subscribed to the trial subscription of AVG TuneUp.
Later it has been renewed to an annual subscription (1 year) as it was enrolled to automatic renewal.
We do send pre-billing notification prior 10 days of trial's expiry, which includes info on how to cancel, renewal date & amount to be charged.
Please let us know if you're looking to extend this renewal to 2 years subscription instead of 1 year.

My credit was unautherised billed. Please either refund the full amount or activate the full 2 year subscription. If this is not done I will take this further to the Consumer Protection Act.
