It would appear that AVG is taking money from my bank without my authorisation. I do not use your software or any of your services, yet you charged my account £63.99 on the 9th October 2022 and it would appear there is a significant history of charges of which I have no record of authorising. I've spent some time trying to establish how you got my bank details. to this date I'm no further forward perhaps your accounts team could clarify what is going on! Also, there is no record of the recent transaction nothing appears on the subscriptions section of your web site… IS THIS A SCAM? I am extremely concerned that your organisation has been hoovering money out my account for years and I haven't noticed…Am I right in thinking that AVG owe me a small fortune in back charges?.. I'm looking forward to hearing some positive news from your accounts department in the very near future…
For the avoidence of doubt please cancel any and all contractual agreements that AVG have with me with imediate effect.
