I have same problem. I cancelled the prescription as soon as I received renewal email, but I was ignored!! A debit was returned  because (fortunately) I did not have a big enough balance in my bank account. This makes me very mad. I CANCELLED. YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO DEBIT ME!!!
