Credit card charge

Please provide me more details about charge of my credit card with EUR 109.99.
Probably in the past I bought on-line one of your products, but I don' t remember asking for renewal. I have never receive any email informing me about this charge and Ι never authorized this transaction.
Please let me know how this charge will be waived and the required actions in order to avoid any similar charge in the future.
