Credit Card Charge

A payment was taken from my account on 3rd February but I don't know what this is for.  There is nothing listed in  My Subscriptions and the payment is not listed in my Payments. I have not had an email notifying me that a payment was due.

We're glad to look into this & clarify.
Upon checking your account, we're unable to find any recent charges or active subscriptions. It might be registered under your alternate account.
As it isn't recommended to share the account info over this post, we've sent you an email requesting few info.
