Credit card charged $54.99 even though subscriptions cancelled

A charge of $54.99 appeared on my credit card even though I cancelled AVG a couple of years ago.  How do I get me refund when the website offers no way to talk with customer service or support and the refund process just goes round and round.  Help please!
