Credit Card expired. Unable to renew subscription

Hello,

My credit card expired. I have been trying to update my credit card details in the Payments Center. But I get this error message:

Due to regulations implemented by the reserve bank of India, we are not able to process changes in your credit card information at this time. If you are attempting to renew subscription, please proceed to checkout.

When I try the checkout link, it logs out of my account. When I log back in, it goes to My Account page. Then again I go to Payments Center and back to the same error message above. Going in circles.

Please provide an easy way to update my card details and renew my subscription.

AVG has arguably the worst customer support when it comes to an online anti virus. I highly suggest trying somewhere else, you will never get through to them on here.
