1. Digital River is our authorised payment gateway for all the subscription transactions with AVG. If you've opted for auto-renewal, you will be charged for the subscription.

2. On checking your account, you have been renewed for AVG Internet Security 2 computers (1 year) on 29th july 2019. Since the auto-renewal was enabled, you have been charged. Since you use a competitor product. I can help you with the full refund for the product.

3. I have cancelled the auto-renewal for the subscription, so you will not be charged again in future.
