Credit card frozen

I have contacted the credit card company and they said the charge didn't look as the usual kind of charge so "they" froze it. I told them it was a good charge and I did not want my AVG account to be closed due to a bank over caution or oversite. 
My account is now good for payment to AVG for my account. Please keep me covered as I do enjoy the protection.
