We will help you with this and couldn't find a subscription or recent charge debited under your ****@ziggo.nl email address.
There are chances for it to be debited for the auto renewal of AVG subscription registered on a different account.

On 31/8/2018 my credit card paying was 43,99 euro as DRI AVG Technologies orderfind com IRL. I have made no order. I was on holidays. I don’t using AVG products where i have to pay for. 

Please explain. I want my money back.
