Hi, I am one of the editor of the GPAC open-source software. Some users have reported some false positive with your antivirus (and only yours, see: VirusTotal).
The code is open. We generate the builds both on open infrastructures and our own VMs. The code is hosted on the French public university website.
Please let us know how to cooperate to fix this.
Kind regards,
Romain

Thanks Alan. It's all a bit of a rigmarole to report it but I did send it via the "submit for analysis" button in the Virus Vault so hopefully that is the same thing?
It has not been detected before so is it just a new AVG update that thinks it is a virus?
I use AVG Free and suddenly this morning I was warned about a trojan horse Crypt_r.CP in GPAC/Osmo4.exe which has been on my system since 13th May. Is this a false positive?
