Hello Michelle,

Sorry to know that your PC got infected with this Cryptolocker virus. If this virus gets into your computer then all your files, images and videos will get encrypted and to decrypt it will ask you to pay some money. Unfortunately by AVG this virus cannot be removed, however AVG is working 24/7 to find a solution for this Cryptolocker virus. Only suggestion we can give now is to take regular backup of your files. Thank you.
