Hace tiempo que tengo el avg en el ordenador bloqueado cada vez que se abre intento repararlo o quiero desinstalarlo me sale como que estoy intentando acceder a un area de proteccion y no me deja entrar con ninguna contraseña incluso la he cambiado y nada sigue bloqueado. Necesito ayuda para arreglar esto.
