Since the last update on the 20/21 September 2019, has your AVG Shredder stopped working ?

Mine has ???

Contacted 'support' and given a case number…Fine
Passed to a another support guy who took control of PC. He completely removed AVG Internet Security and reloaded the current version.
Even he could not get the 'shredder' to work before and after the re-installation.

The irony is, before contacting support I did a 'system restore'…perfect…old AVG was still there (even though it stated there was an update was available) and so before updating I checked the shredder…and guess what it worked and shredded the files.

Now I 'clicked' for the update…AVG was updated…OK
Checked the AVG shredder…and lo and behold it did not work.,Aaaarrgh.

So I contacted support…so here we are back where I started…'No Shredder'.
Finally the support guy said he would refer it through to 'level 3 support'.

So here we are … 'No shredder' waiting for an answer.

So the question to the comminity is…is your AVG shredder working as part of AVG Internet
Security since the last update of the 20/21 September.
