Hello Peter,
We regret to hear about the inconvenience caused to you. Could you please try to disable individual components of AVG and check upon disabling which AVG component does the issue gets resolved? I am using Adobe LR and an AddIn to upload photos to Instagram. Until mid of the year this function worked very well. But now everytime the message CURLE_SSL_CACERT error:60 occurs and I have to temporarily deactivate AVG Internet Security to use this functionality. I didn't find any solution to solve this problem.

Thank you. I was able to solve the problem. I ve added curle.exe to the exception list, then LR resp. LR/Instagram worked well again.
