I understand that you are seeing more devices being used on your account then the available computer. Please do not worry, the devices count you see in AVG MyAccount includes the number of activation attempt (even if you reactivate the product on the same device, it will consider as additional count). This will be reset automatically in 30 days and will show the correct count. Unfortunately, we do not have an option to see device name's due to privacy concerns.
I have a 10 device contract. I've been adding/reinstalling PC's and have noted that I'm using 9 of these devices. But I don't own 10 PC's - and some of those earlier activated no longer exist.
Is it possible to get a list of PC's currently subscribed so that I can manually delete those no longer in operation?
