This issue can occur when the activation does not get reflected on online data base, as a result it shows as activated on 0 device.
To fix this, I suggest you to reactivate your AVG subscription on both devices using the activation code.

I subscribe to AVG and use is on both my computer and my phone, yet when I went to check my account it says I'm using it on 0 devices for ALL the services I have access to. There are account numbers listed, yet no account numbers were asked for during the installation. And there is a ! yellow warning that I'm not using AVG on any devices.
AVG seems to be working on my devices. Why doesn't AVG know what it's doing?
