You should actually have continued posting in your topic (https://support.avg.com/answers?id=906b0000000D2gUAAS) by clicking on 'Answer' to keep everything together. As per the instructions within that topic you actually send the results to AVG by uploading them to their FTP server.

I Received an email response from Alan Binch, support community, to my question requesting help removing threats from AVG scan. I now have the results of the scans and a case number but I do not know the email address to which I send the files. Please give me this address.
