Customer service is awful

100% agree with Michele_Adkinson!! I’ve been going around in circles for days trying to work out what the email or phone number is to contact AVG. My payment method (Paypal) is not working as I have cancelled PayPal; I keep getting notifications that my payment method no longer works, my account keeps saying “Contact Support”, but then it takes me to a list of standard responses instead of being able to contact someone. Totally awful customer service. How do I just send AVG an email or talk to an actual person??

Update: I now have a case number, which attaches a list of phone numbers. None in New Zealand. So I now have to make an international call, at my cost. I will wait for a bit to see if AVG calls me.
