DEAR COMMUNITY,
I’VE HAD ONGOING ISSUES WITH THE SERVICE AVG PROVIDES THROUGH ALL CHANNELS AVAILABLE TO ME e.g. Many Phone Calls, Emails, and via this Community Platform.
IT’S BEEN 5 DAYS NOW WITH MY INITIAL ENQUIRY NOT BEING RESOLVED WITH THE PROMISE OF CALL BACKS/EMAIL…….WHICH IS A BIG FAIL!!! AND FROM THE 3RD DAY, IVE ASKED FOR A MANAGER TO CALL ME!!! NOW BEING THE 5TH DAY IVE BEEN HUNG UP ON 3 TIMES……….AGAIN ASKING FOR A MANAGER!!!
IF I DONT GET A RESPONSE FROM THIS WRITE UP……
MY NEXT COMMUNICATION WILL BE TO THE CEO Gary Kovac on email gary@avg.com and i will CC in his entire head office team to ensure that the past 5 years of money that i’ve paid to AVG is being acknowledge by Senior Management because of its shocking basic service fails!!!
