Customer service, products -- a real pain

Have had your virus protection for several years – has become increasing invasive and ad ridden. Attempted to extend service and contact customer service. Have found neither worth the aggravation – different contact information given and products don't load with ease as promoted. Have been told billing (credit card information) is actually handled by another contractor – that as a customer I can address directly . Can't imagine every using this company again. My question is – why would I? Anything you offer, a competitor offers something similar with less hassle.
