Customer service with AVG is just a joke

Is there any person in AVG with more than half brain cell? First, this box sucks. I get all the time some extra text over this suggesting same kind of topics. Second, why AGV does not show any way to CHAT or send EMAIL? I can read and write english, but i do not want to talk a foreign language that i don’t pronounce right. Especially when i should use money, and there’s possibility to expensive misunderstanding.

Every other service i use there’s a chat possibility. Easily to be seen, not hided after selection after selection like in AVG. And i have not found the chat every time even after 98798 selection. If it works only some time of the day, INFORM about it in the first #¤%#¤% page! There’s no email address to write either. Excellent customer service. They don’t even mention chat possibility anywhere on front page.

So far i have bought AVG, but every time i lose my nerves because of their inability to make a working customer service. Chat. Email. NOT CALLING. I just wonder how many customers they have lost because of their idiotic system.
