I am a regular subscriber with AVG. I just tried to renew my subscription and the customer support was not very helpful, I only want to know if we have REAL representatives from AVG to assist us with our problems. I got a supposed AVG representative on this number 1844-284-8606 also 1945-342-749 first to comment the first caller which is 18442848606 never stated that just by giving him remote access to my computer would cost me $299.99. I refused to pay this because he asked if i have coupons or if I live in the US even I already gave him my phone numbers, I was in doubt because the last time I checked this AVG is from the Netherlands and why it's not available in the Dutch Islands he refuse to respond.
my question are these remote users officially from AVG?? I really don't feel like I can trust the Representatives from AVG. when I try calling another number for assistant the waiting time is almost 10 Minuits this is ridiculous I'm on my cellphone and time is money! can/will someone from AVG please respond to my questions???
