Just had an awful conversation with a male from AVG. He did not give me his name. I called twice and he had no idea of my subscription, could not repeat what i had said and kept saying sorry three times. I had to hang up on him and try to solve things myself. So here I am. The lady on the other hand was much better versed in English and unfortuneately I wasn't beside the internet for her to help me with settings. AVG why aren't you keeping up with the Microsoft team? Office 10 seems to be tricking you out of your job. Hope things get better for you. Especially with logging in to City Libraries etc for internet as the prices for internet skyrocket.
