I have purchased several products, some of which will run for some time, however, I have had a problem with one particular product and requested help. Despite several e mails and trying to chat, no response. I have cancelled all subscriptions on your products and would respectfully request that you refund me the balances shown against my account. Whilst I thought this was a good idea, your customer service and help has let you down, hence my request. I sincerely hope that I get a reply this time. A very upset customer.
