It takes AVG as long to answer questions as it does for their software to work.
If you can read English perhaps you would like to read my comments again and at least try to understand.
The problem is not solved. I am paying for software that doesn't work and you ask me If I was able to solve the problem. Your assistance is over 4 weeks out of date.
I will never use AVG again.

Why does nobody at AVG want to help. Sales say go to technical support. Technical support cannot be contacted.
Have sent emails but nobody answers. I ask for refund on an upgrade that didn't work. AVG sent me an email saying I would be refunded. Where is my money.
How do I return to my previous version which worked. Technical support does not exist.
AVG used be a company that could be trusted.
When my renewal expires I will find a new supplier.
AVG you have a lot to answer for.
I tried updating to AVG Ultimate. AVG did not work on my Windows 8.1 64 bit PC.
PC Clean Up also did not work.
I reverted to the previous level and can only get AVG Internet working. although this is the 32 Bit Version. Over 4 weeks ago I complained.
You have had every chance to solve this problem.
After 10 years I am saying goodbye.
