My account was renewed early and without my approveal. When I was notified I sent a returned email stating that I did not wish to renew at this time. From my records, I paid through 11/16/24 and the renewal went through on my credit card 10./13. With all the sales promotions that you offer, why would I pay full price. I wish to have my renewal cancel and this time and for AVG to return my FULL renewal price you charged on my credit card. 

I have not agreed to the increase in my payments

Hi Alan Binch I cancell the Topup on August 24th 2023 and sill not received a refund can you help me please 

you can help me by refunding the $45.57 that was charged to my credit card since I cancelled all products weeks ago

Apparently NO.   AVG has no human staff who know how to use a telephone.
