I'd like to contact the 'Billing support desk'; > as I'm logged in under my AVG account I'm clicking on the 'Customer Support' button then I'm asked to click on the Sales Support and then asked to proceed my action under 'My AVG account'in which I'm already logged in (I'm in a loop I suppose! Does anyone have a generic emailadress for me  so I can send a message to the desk?

Please notice the the following questions: -  in some cases you have collected more than one payment for one and the same products (twice). Please start a refund. - You have registered one and the same product more than once (Anti Track)  Please 'repair'and start a refund. - Please notice that you collect a monthly amount of Euro's from my account where I have fully paid for the licensed period of time. Please stop this collects and start a refund - Can you please advise which AVG product has all the features integrated in one tool where I now have more than four tools?
