Customer Support Wont call me back... help?

I bought the product and they shipped me a disk…I tried to load it and it wont complete because of some password issue from years ago…they promised to email me or call back yesterday…no call or email…now two days later and still no service response…seems like they  got my money and now I can just sit…I searched all over their website to find their email…can't find one…
