Customer Support

Trying to resolve a technical issue where 'My AVG' tels me I have secure VPN installed and everything I do online is safe and then I get a prompt telling me my IP Address is visible and there are 4 other issues which takes me to a subscription option!
Trying to discuss with Customer Services by 'Chat' and the system froze as I was sending screen grabs as prompted. Session ended and trying to reonnect to Customer Services but am told 'Chat' is not available!!
