Please let us know the reason that made you think that AVG is blocking the download. Did you receive any message from AVG?
If so, share us the screenshot of it, after clicking on 'see details' in it, for better clarity. 
Also, clarify from where you've attempted to download the CV review sheet.

AVG software on my computer prevents me from opening the CV review sheet I downloaded.
