Cyber threat & double charges. No one to talk to

I have receiver a ransom threat. I tried to learn whether my devices were protected. On top of it - installing AVG in other devices required a payment, although I pay for multiple devices protection.
All contact options are non-human. Saving on labor cost of AVG is at the problem of the customers.
Since the Cyberthreat is immediate I am afraid to quit AVG and switch protection companies. But unless I would get immediate support - I would have to draw conclusions. zeevback@gmail.com
