Do you mean that you are getting expiry notices for your paid AVG PC TuneUp program?
We could see AVG Ultimate (1 year subscription) on your account which includes both Internet Security and PC TuneUp programs.
It expires on 27th January 2020.
Please specify your concern with TuneUp program, in-order to proceed further.

I buy 2 licence for avg tune up on the 30th may 2017 and the other on the 27th june 2017 but you blocked me.
can you do the necessary to correct it.
