AVG Ultimate is the combined package of AVG Internet Security Unlimited, AVG TuneUp Unlimited, AVG Secure VPN and AVG Password protection.

These products can be installed separately or a combined package. If you have already installed the AVG Internet Security Unlimited, AVG TuneUp Unlimited you can just activate the program.

Regarding the AVG Secure Browser, are you using the Dashlane through the application or browser?

We request you to change the chrome to default browser and check for the issue again.

I have just upgraded from AVG Protection and Tune Up as separate products to AVG Ultimate.  Two questions:

1) Should I have uninstalled my existing AVG Protection and Tune up before installing Ultimate?  Should I still do so now, or should the installation have taken care of that?

2) When I use AVG Secure Browser (which is a new product that came with Ultimate), Dashlane no longer works ie it doesn't auto enter my email, passwords etc.  Is there a way around this, or do I have to ignore AVG Secure Browser and go back to using Chrome?

Hello, if I use Chrome as I used to, Dashlane still works fine.  By that I mean when I'm logging into a site eg this page, the blue dashlane symbol appears at the end of each box and when I click on it, it autofills (sometimes I don't even need to do this, it just logs in automatically).   It's only in AVG Secure Browser that the boxes are completely empty so I have to open up the Dashlane app and then copy and paste my email address followed by the password each time.  It's still do-able, but it does rather take away from the convenience of Dashlane Premium.  Thanks.
