Dashlane stopped

Hello Stephen,

Let's work together to fix it. Are you able to access Dashlane when AVG is disabled?
Right click on AVG icon under system tray next to clock, click on toggle bar to turn off your protection.
Do you receive any error while trying to access Dashlane?

I have used AVG free for some time and have just upgraded to Professional. My Dashlane does not now open so I have no access to any passwords. Any ideas before I cancel AVG and ask for a refund?
