Till July 17th JS downloader was getting quarantine by anti virus. After this date it is not sensing the threat and my data is getting consumed very fast. Anti virus is ineffective. Please suggest remedy.

Do you mean AVG was detecting the JS Downloader threat when you visit particular web site and it is not detecting now on the same web page? Did you try to check your data usage details to narrow down which is consuming data?
